課堂經歷
What will be taught? Writing essays appropriate for your child's grade. This would be 5 paragraph essays or longer. We will work on all the key elements of writing from brainstorming, creating a skeleton draft, what supporting evidence is needed, transitions, how to structure a solid conclusion and importance of editing How is your class structured? We will spend time understanding the assignment before diving in to how to approach the assignment. How will you teach? Each student is different and I will adapt my teach strategies to meet your child's needs.

Student will work on developing and improving their command six traits of writing: Ideations, organization, the writer's voice and tone, sentence and paragraph structure, word choice and conventions
