*Sections opened by request only* Learners will receive personalized instruction in Math. Each lesson will be a personalized Nearpod lesson designed based on your child's needs. Parents will get to choose what the student focuses on based on current areas of need or supplementation. Tutoring can be used for areas of strength to challenge your learner and build self-esteem. These areas include but are not limited to: *Computation- addition, subtraction, multiplication, division *Fractions- identification, comparison, computation *Money- identifying coins, understanding value, adding and subtracting money, word problems *Time- identifying time, elapsed time, and word problems *Measurement & more! To best meet your learner's needs, please let me know which areas you would like to focus on. I will assess your child during our first session to gauge where they need to be supported. I am happy to supplement what they are learning in school, homeschool curriculum, or create a challenge to extend what they are currently working on. **All lessons must be booked 24 hours before class starts to ensure proper time to create the personalized lesson for your student. Thank you.** No classes will be held on: October: 24th (Daytime), 31st (Evening) November: 3rd (Evening), 7th - 8th(Daytime), 23rd-25th (Thanksgiving) December: 26th - January 2nd (Winter Break) January: 16th (Daytime) February: 17th(Daytime), 20th (All) March: None April: 3rd - 7th (Spring Break), 21st (Daytime) May: 16th (Daytime), 29th (Daytime) Last week of the new curriculum: May 22nd to May 26th

Hello learners!
My name is Tara Laczynski, and I live in South Carolina, USA. I am a certified teacher with 17 years of experience, teaching 3rd through 7th grades, with classroom expertise in ESL and Advanced Academic (Gifted and Talented) learners. In 2018, I transitioned to online English teaching, conducting over 2,500 classes for students of all ages.
Since joining Outschool in April 2021, I’ve been thrilled to teach math to students worldwide. My classes encourage learners to take risks, try new things, and build math confidence in a supportive environment. I believe that confidence grows through understanding, and I love seeing students explain the “why” behind their answers, leading to enriching discussions.
As a Nearpod Certified Educator, I incorporate interactive Nearpod elements in my classes, gamifying learning so students actively engage and practice independently. To reach even more families, I am expanding my program to include other educators who share my commitment to making math engaging, accessible, and confidence-boosting.
