** A B O U T  T H E  C L A S S **
-This is a private coaching session to allow aspiring actors (and all lovers of make-believe) to learn the ropes of acting. 
-All levels of experience are welcome! 
-Students are encouraged to let me know if there are any specific goals, characters, or abilities they would like to concentrate on. 
-I can help prepare young actors with audition preparation, self-tapes, performances they are working on, career counseling, etc. Everything to make becoming a professional actor (and the best version of yourself) go from a dream to a reality.

**  O U T L I N E  **
- Introduction: getting to know each other, and setting goals.
- Dynamic warm-up games
-Then, we ACT! We will work on getting playful with emotions, the fundaments of acting (notice that FUN is in there), and feeling confident performing a piece of theatre and/or film depending on what the focus of the learner might be.

** C O U R S E  O B J E C T I V E S  **
- Using our body, voice, emotions, improvisation, and imagination as tools to express our own unique creativity!
- If someone has an interest in playwriting or screenwriting, that is also a possible avenue of exploration together.
- If a learner has a scene partner or friend they want to work with, the class can be modified to include up to 2 learners.

** C L A S S E S  **
-During the first class, the student and I will explore what their goals, dreams, and interests are. This helps me create a unique course of action tailored specifically to them.
- Depending on their reading ability, we will find (or even write together) monologues, scenes, or even full scripts for them to have fun with!
-Students will be able to choose between improvisational acting or scripted acting.
-Each class after, students prepare a monologue, scene, or character that they will perform and be able to receive constructive feedback on.
-After a few sessions, students will be able to go deeper into the craft, exploring Shakespeare, auditioning & working professionally (in theatre VS on screen), getting an agent, making your own work, and all the essentials that make a professional actor.

-University Degree in Professional Theatre and Playwriting
-14+ years experience in teaching, coaching, and professional acting in theatre, film, TV, Voice-over, and video games.
