一對一法文閱讀課程：1年級至3年級（6-9歲）

What will be taught?
In this class students will learn :
-  The French vowels: a, e, i, o, u, è, ê, â, eu, oeu, eau, au, ou, in, im, ain, ein,  un, on, an, en, oi, oin,  ui, ai, ei, 
- The French consonants c, d, f, g, h, j, k, l, m, n, p, q, r, s, t, v, w, x, z, gn, ph,  
- More French sounds: elle, qu, et, ette,  er, erre, ez, esse, enne, ille, ien/ienne, ail/aille, eil/eille, ouil/ouille, euil/euille
- When [ t] sounds [ s]
- When [ s] sounds [ z ] 
-  How to identify an initial, middle or last sound in a word just by listening to it.
- How to combine different phonemes to make a word
- How to segment  words into  separate phonemes.
- How to read simple French sentences and texts.
- Students will acquire a lot of new French vocabulary 
- The class will be thought in French so students will gain more confidence in speaking in French.

We will also read a book in French at the end of each lesson

Since this is a one - on - one class,  all lessons and teaching speed will be adapted to the students' unique level in French.

If you child has already mastered any of the above mentioned topics, I will just move to the next to avoid wasting their time. That is why our first class will be a diagnostic class where I test to see your child's reading level. This will enable me to plan their lessons accordingly and in a way that will best benefit them.
