This class is designed for those aged 9-14 who are interested in learning about the process of buying and selling property, including securing a mortgage.

Understanding the different types of real estate properties
How to determine what you can afford
The role of a real estate agent 
The steps involved in the home buying process
How to negotiate and make an offer on a property
The role of a mortgage broker and how to secure a mortgage
Tips for maintaining and improving your credit score
Understanding the costs involved in buying and owning a home
The process of selling a property, including preparing the home for sale and working with a real estate agent.

*If you do not see a time or date listed for a class that interests you, please message me with a few possible dates and times, and I will do my best to offer a session that will work for your schedule.

*Please be aware I try to teach all of my classes, to at least 2 students as I feel it provides a better teaching and learning experience. If the minimum amount of students is not reached 24 hours before the start of the course, students will be moved to the next available section at a similar time.
