Your learner will be taught yoga postures, participate in mindfulness activities, meditate, and use breathing techniques to help calm the mind and the nervous system. This class is built to promote stress relief, improve flexibility, increase strength, and increase self-confidence and body awareness. Students will become familiar with a variety of yoga poses, meditations and how the breath can be used to calm the body and mind. If students attend the class for several sessions they should gain body awareness, self-confidence and learn tools to help decrease anxiety.
Ms. Amber is the founder of Flow On The Go, LLC. She is a 500 hour registered yoga teacher. Prior to teaching yoga to children, Amber worked as a physical therapist assistant helping children with special needs for over 15 years. She continually strives to learn all she can to help children reach their fullest potential
