I am here to help your child put their best foot forward and get into their dream school! During the period of the class, and after till the college admissions deadline, you can reach me anytime through Outschool messages for support/questions/guidance! In this interactive 1-on-1 class students will write compelling and power college application personal statements. What we will cover: The elements of a strong personal statement Successful college essay samples Essay approaches Writing skills that shape your unique voice Tools to showcase your achievements and skills without being braggy Brainstorming and writing our personal statements (and time permitting, supplemental essays). The class is a workshop and includes discussion, brainstorming and 1-on-1 personalized work with the teacher.

I am an award-winning teacher with an undergraduate degree from Stanford and a Masters in Education from Cambridge University. I am also a bit of a digital nomad these days! I teach writing, public speaking, web and graphic design, financial management and college application/essay bootcamps.
