In this class, we will create an edible broomstick inspired from Harry Potter. We will begin doing some Harry Potter trivia together and discussing our favorite parts of the books/movies. Then, we will go step by step through the recipe to make three broomstick snacks. I will demonstrate the steps with my own example on video. -3 small pretzel sticks (plus a few more in case any break!) -one piece of string cheese -one piece of chive (this will be cut thinly to make the "tie" on the broomstick and could be skipped if needed) -plastic knife (used to cut the chives and cheese) -a plate or something to use as a workspace
