Learn to make 4 cake flavors all from a white boxed cake mix. We will start with a base recipe including flour, butter, oil, water, eggs, baking soda and a boxed white cake mix. Students will learn that the science of baking can be simplified by adding boxed cake mix. Adding this as an ingredient helps to stabilize a scratch recipe and reduce common baking errors.
