Jazz dance is an upbeat style of dance that focuses on technique, energy, and having fun! During this class, students will learn all about jazz technique. We will be working on building strength and flexibility. Correct body placement will be emphasized and students will be given individualized corrections. Students should have a clear space to dance, free from any hazards. Students may wear jazz dance shoes of their preference, (they may choose to go barefoot for the warm up and stretching portion of class). Have a full bottle of water handy!
