Learners will need paper and a writing utensil for every lesson. I will provide all handouts. 

While the age range of the class is only three years, it is a BIG three years. As such, I'll expect that learners do not include violence or weapons in their stories. Many of their favorite video games do include weapons and violence, so I respectfully ask that if a learner is enrolled they understand those are elements they will not be allowed to use. Please understand, however, that a learner could mistakenly draw a lightsaber on someone's belt, or write about a dinosaur eating a goat. It's a very fine line to walk, but I will do my best ensure that all learners feel safe while also expressing themselves. 

I do have a more mature camp in which I allow a limited use of violence and weapons. If your learner is 11 and you think that class would be a better fit feel free to enroll them.
