Grand Canyon National Park
Explore the Grand Canyon and all it has to offer. We will look at the ecosystems, the variety of wildlife and the plants within the park. We will discover any endangered species in the park and learn about conservation efforts. Explore the Mount Rainier National Park and its beautiful ecosystem and wildlife within it. We will learn about the most common animals and plants within the park as well as fun facts about the park. Hi everyone! Welcome to class! I am Miss Kate. I have 15+ years of teaching experience with students ages 2-14 years old. I am passionate about early childhood education and building the foundation for life long learning. My classes will be engaging and focus on a variety of topics including early literacy, early math and life skills. I live in the Pacific Northwest with my husband and 3 (yes, three) big dogs!
I believe in engaging and playful learning and will teach my classes in a fun and interactive way including songs, digital & interactive games, and lots of interaction and opportunities for engagement.
I am certified to teach K-8 Elementary, K-12 Special Education and Early Childhood Education. In addition, I have a certificate in Child Psychology from Penn Foster, a certificate in Autism Studies from Arizona State University and a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Arizona State University. I love to teach and look forward to meeting your child!
