This class explores the two uses of the apostrophe. There is no prep nor previous knowledge needed for this class. How is this class structured? The class will start with introductions and an ice breaker activity. I will introduce the concept of apostrophes and ask the learners if they know what an apostrophe is and how they are used. I will then give the lesson on how apostrophes are used, along with examples to consolidate learning. My teaching style is informal. The learners can ask questions. After each of the three sections of the lesson, I will ask learners if they understand and if they have any questions. This is a stand alone class. All learners are welcome.
