This class is a private ukulele lesson for all levels: beginner, intermediate, or advanced. I use Hal Leonard's Essential Elements for Ukulele as a guide, and we work through that book together. However, I diverge from the book to learn popular songs that are of interest to each particular student. Music is personal, and I believe student choice can be highly motivating. Students will need to arrive to the lesson with their ukulele tuned. Instruments can be tuned using websites or apps pretty successfully using the built-in microphone in your device. A few that work well are ukutuner.com and uke-tuner.com
