Join us for a fun and engaging course where beginning ukulele students will learn the basics of ukulele: how to read TAB, play chords, and fun songs, through our live lessons + custom digital resources for practicing on their own!
Has your child ever been interested in learning to play ukulele but didn't know where to start? Have they tried following a book or watching YouTube videos but felt overwhelmed or didn’t know if they were playing correctly? Or maybe they have never once picked up a ukulele but have always wanted to learn? Well don't fret (hehe fret...), because we're here to help!
We have broken this course down into tiny, digestible bites for young learners that will get them playing right away so they feel successful and excited from the start, which will motivate them to continue to learn. We will also learn fun, modern songs that students recognize so they love what they are learning!

♪ How to hold the ukulele

♪ How to read chord diagrams
♪ Basic chords: C, F, + G7
♪ Chord exercises to practice finger speed and strength

P L E A S E N O T E :
♪ We highly recommend you help your student tune their ukulele before class starts but we want to avoid using lots of our class time on tuning so please try to help your child tune before class!

♪ No previous experience is required. Students will need to have a soprano, concert, or tenor ukulele.

Getting Started
Students will learn how to hold the ukulele, the parts of the ukulele, how to read TAB, and how to play their first song, "Twinkle Little Star", using TAB 40 분 온라인 라이브 레슨

Intro to Chords
Students will learn how to read chord charts, then their first chord, C Major, along with the 1-chord song "Row Your Boat". They'll be introduced to their 2nd chord, F Major Chord, and practice switching between F and C. They'll then learn a 2-Chord song, the "Wheels On the Bus" 40 분 온라인 라이브 레슨

2 String TAB + 3-Finger Chord
Students will learn their 2nd TAB song, "Mary Had A Little Lamb TAB". They will be introduced to the G7 Chord and practice switching between C and G7, then learn a song using these chords, "Skip To My Lou." 40 분 온라인 라이브 레슨
레슨4:
3 Chord Songs
Students will practice switching between their C, F, and G7 chords, then learn a 3-chord song, "She’ll Be Coming 'Round the Mountain" or "Lion Sleeps Tonight". Students will review what they learned this week and have a chance to perform their favorite song. 40 분 온라인 라이브 레슨
