My name is Teacher Victoria. I believe that everyone can become a successful reader and experience the joy of reading with guidance and practice. I will be offering a variety of classes that focus on the fundamentals of reading like phonics, phonemic awareness as well as classes for reading enjoyment and more. I have my Bachelor's of Science Degree in Elementary Education, as well as, my reading and ESOL endorsement. I have been teaching since 2011. I taught for eight and a half years in the public school system. I have taught a variety of ages. Kindergarten all the way up to eighth grade. I am currently an ESL teacher online. My teaching experience has been mainly in reading, including being a reading interventionist for two years. I personally was a struggling reader during my early elementary school years, but with the help of two amazing teachers and practice, I was able to become successful in reading and at school. I would be honored if you allowed me to be that guidance and hope, like those two teachers were for me. I enjoy spending my time outdoors with my family. I enjoy exploring the great outdoors of Tennessee, my home sweet home. I have a love for all things Disney. My toddler and I love singing Disney songs while dancing around the living room. I hope to see your child in the classroom!
