What your children can learn here will change all aspects of their lives ( at home , school and friendships ), bringing more compassion, gratitude, empathy and love into their relationships and lives.  This is a highly interactive class.  The class atmosphere is relaxing and engaging.  My intention is for students to feel at ease and comfortable and willing to participate in an open discussion. It’s through questions, answers, and shared thoughts that learning takes place. Students will learn and be encouraged to share their thoughts on each strategy, and will also engage in written activities that promote self awareness.
