Welcome to the "Positive Psychology and the Science of Happiness" virtual class designed specifically for 11-14-year-olds. Renowned Social Scientists: Study the works of distinguished researchers in the field of happiness, including Harvard researcher Robert Waldinger and the inspirational Brené Brown. Discover their scientifically proven practices for cultivating joy, courage, resilience, and creativity.

Overcoming Negative Emotions: Learn to let go of negative emotions such as shame, perfectionism, comparison, and anxiety. Understand the psychological and physical impacts of dwelling on the negative and how to overcome the brain's natural "negativity bias."
