Students will be introduced to topic sentences, supporting details that directly relate to the topic sentence, and concluding sentences. Students will identify the parts of a paragraph. After class, students will write a well-developed paragraph that contains: 1. One controlling idea 2. Sentences clearly related to topic sentence 3. Logical order 4. Thoroughly developed...
