What will be taught?
Welcome to a warm and inviting space where we’ll explore mindfulness, enjoy guided meditations, and feel calm through coloring.

What topics will you cover?
Mindfulness Techniques: Calming meditations, breathing exercises, body scans, and mindful listening.
Creative Expression: Relaxing group coloring activities.

How is your class structured?
Welcome and Introduction (10 minutes): Greet everyone warmly and introduce the theme of the day.
Guided Visualization and Mindfulness Techniques (10 minutes): Enjoy soothing meditations, breathing techniques, and mindful listening exercises.
Mindful Group Coloring (10 minutes): Engage in creative coloring while listening to calming music or theme-related affirmations.

How will you teach?
I’ll create a supportive and interactive environment with friendly guidance, calming guided meditations, and fun creative activities to keep everyone engaged and relaxed.

What's your teaching style?
My teaching style is warm, caring, and encouraging. I aim to make each child feel comfortable and valued.

How much will learners get to interact with you?
Learners will have plenty of chances to interact with me:

Guided Visualization: I’ll guide you through meditations and encourage participation.
Interactive Activities: Questions, thoughts, and participation in all activities.
Additional Details:
Perfect for children ages 7-12.
No prior experience with mindfulness or meditation needed.
Have coloring supplies (crayons, markers, colored pencils) ready and printable coloring sheets (which I’ll provide).
