Welcome to a fun summer camp where young guitarists will learn to play two classic songs by The Beatles! While learning to play the songs, we will also cover some fun facts about the group and watch videos of them playing the songs that we will learn. The songs will come from the Hal Leonard "Easy Pop Melodies" book which is a companion to the Hal Leonard Guitar Method used in my Guitar for Young Learners classes. NOTE: I want to make sure that your child has the most enjoyable experience...
Students will improve their note reading skills and strengthen knowledge of music theory concepts while learning about one of the world's most influential rock bands.
-Six-string acoustic or electric guitar (tuned) -Guitar tuner or tuner app -Guitar picks -Music sheets for the two songs will be provided by the instructor prior to the camp, please have them printed and ready!
