What will be taught: Research, development, and brainstorming. 5 Ways to hook the audience in the first 10 seconds. The 3-point speech structure with intermediate and advanced techniques. 2 powerful ending strategies. Topics: You'll choose topics to speak about or I have hundreds of topics to choose from. The teaching style and class structure: I'm an interactive teacher. I'll show you a short lesson, and we have group participation. I keep classes small for optimum participation and learning.

Hello and welcome,
I'm a public speaking coach with experience training kids from grades 2-12.
I didn't plan on being a coach when I joined a speaking community called Toastmasters International in 2010, but I discovered I wasn't very good at speaking. I had to go on a journey reading books, interviewing professionals, and getting evaluations. As my speaking game elevated I became a Distinguished Toastmaster, won speaking contests, hosted events, and people started asking for advice. I showed them my simple practice exercises, and that led to a full-time coaching career.
When Covid came along I had to move my business online and I love it. You don't learn to be an effective speaker by being scared out of your mind in front of an audience. You learn through perfect practice. I'm going to show you the perfect practice exercises the professionals use on a daily basis. Then, we'll enroll you in an event!
Fun fact: when I started speaking I drew eyes on paper and hung them around my living room. I recorded speeches for my audience daily and not once did they laugh at my jokes!
