The main topics we will cover are accurate notes and rhythms, good tone quality, vibrato, dynamics, articulations, and overall musicality. My teaching style is student-centered and flexible. 1-on-1 lessons allow me to adapt and modify instruction based on student needs. I have a nurturing and supportive personality, and I prioritize making students feel valued and motivated to reach their full potential. I want my students to be well-rounded individuals who develop a life-long love for music through learning how to play the flute. In these ongoing private lessons, we will study and prepare the 3 etudes required for All-Region and All-State auditions. My name is Lynlie, and I am a flute player and teacher! I have been playing flute for almost 15 years. I have a Master of Music in flute performance. I have been hired to play at churches, weddings, and in orchestras. I have taught music to students ages 3-70! I truly believe that music is for all ages and all abilities.
