This is a small inventory list example. You will receive a comprehensive inventory list upon enrollment. Here's a supply, ingredient, and equipment list for the class focusing on Vanilla Cupcake bases transformed into Butterfly Cakes and Rainbow Buttercream Unicorn Laugh Cupcakes: Ingredients: All-purpose flour Granulated sugar Baking powder Salt Unsalted butter Eggs Vanilla extract Milk Food coloring (assorted colors for Rainbow Buttercream) For the Butterfly Cakes: Jam or fruit preserves of choice Confectioners' sugar for dusting (optional) For the Rainbow Buttercream Unicorn Laugh Cupcakes: Confectioners' sugar Unsalted butter (at room temperature) Vanilla extract Heavy cream or milk Edible glitter or sprinkles (optional) Equipment: Mixing bowls Electric mixer or stand mixer Measuring cups and spoons Cupcake tin Cupcake liners Piping bags and tips (for decorating Rainbow Buttercream Unicorn Laugh Cupcakes) Oven Cooling rack Spoon or small scoop for hollowing out cupcakes (for ice cream filling) Optional Equipment for Rainbow Buttercream: Gel food coloring (for vibrant colors) Offset spatula or butter knife (for spreading frosting) Pastry bag coupler and assorted decorating tips (for intricate designs) Ensure you have all ingredients measured and equipment set up before starting the class to streamline the baking process and make it an enjoyable experience for participants. Please help your student bakers if they are unfamiliar with the equipment or they will be using kitchen tools they've not had experience with.  You know your learner best and we welcome your assistance in the kitchen as we bake together.  The mise-en-place (measured ingredients) will require a bit of time to get it all together. Please help/guide your learner with their prep!
