In this interactive course learners will have the opportunity to learn about their feelings, how they are expressed and ways to support their feelings in the moment while they are experiencing them. Superhero's will help us with our learning! A superhero will share a short story about a time when they were having a BIG feeling. Stories are imaginative and shared with pictures.
