초보자를 위한 수도쿠!

Sudoku is a fun and engaging way to challenge the brain, and in this one-time class, I’ll be introducing students to the basics of how to play! This class is designed for true beginners — even if your child has never heard of Sudoku before, they’ll feel right at home.

At the start of class, we’ll spend about 10 minutes learning the rules of the game. I’ll explain how Sudoku works, walk through a beginner puzzle example, and show students helpful strategies they can use to be successful.

For the remaining 30 minutes, we’ll work together to solve beginner-level Sudoku puzzles as a class. Students will receive a printable puzzle in advance, and we’ll solve it step-by-step using problem-solving strategies and group discussion. This class is all about learning through doing, collaborating with others, and having fun while building thinking skills!

My teaching style is very supportive and interactive. I’ll ask questions, encourage students to share their ideas, and guide them through each step. Students will be able to speak aloud or use the chat to participate — whatever makes them most comfortable.

After class, students will be encouraged to try a new puzzle on their own and can even post a photo of their completed puzzle if they'd like to show off their work!

This is a great class for kids who love games, are curious about puzzles, or just want to try something new and brain-boosting in a relaxed, friendly environment.
