In this session, learners will be exposed to the five story elements (setting, characters, plot, conflict, theme). The class will be structured to introduce each element singly and then put it together in the end. There will be direct instruction and guided practice to work through all five story elements. I will teach with discussion and activities. My teaching style is to keep each learner engaged and full participations from each learner. Learners will interact through discussions and questions and answers. No prior knowledge is needed for this session.
