Course Goals:
By the end of the course, students will be able to:
Identify and apply their learning style for more efficient studying.
Organize their time and resources effectively.
Use memory-enhancing techniques to retain and recall information.
Develop strategies to prepare for and succeed in exams.
Stay motivated and overcome common academic challenges.
Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills.


Assessment and Grading:
Weekly Assignments (40%): Completion of assignments, including study schedules, note-taking samples, memory techniques, etc.
Final Project (30%): Creation of a comprehensive study plan for an upcoming exam or project, incorporating all skills learned in the course.
Participation (20%): Engagement in class activities, discussions, and peer feedback.
Reflection (10%): Submission of a final reflection on how study skills have evolved and how the student plans to continue applying them.

Course Policies:
Attendance: Regular participation is crucial for success. Missing more than two classes may result in a lower grade.
Late Submissions: Late assignments will be accepted with a deduction of 10% for each day late unless prior arrangements are made with the instructor.
Academic Integrity: All students are expected to adhere to academic integrity guidelines. Plagiarism and cheating will result in a failing grade.
