In this on-going class, learners can join the class at any time. We will begin class with an active warm up and will continue the class with working on various stretches targeted to hamstrings, hip flexors, inner thighs and quadriceps. We will also work through toning exercises, targeted to core strengthening and proper body alignment. Feedback will be given through positive and constructive criticism.
