수업 소개
I will teach an array of movement, stemming from my knowledge of yoga and dance. We will work on mobility, strength, stretch, and connecting with your own breath and body, to feel wonderful! In this one time course, students will be able to find strength and stretch from their own bodies and take a break from their homework, friends, and let everything fall away, in this relaxing and strengthening class. We begin with breathing techniques, exploring expansion and contraction in the body, and begin to move with yoga, cardio, and stretch. I will teach by demonstrating the poses and encouraging the students to move with freedom and ease and a whole lot of fun! We will have room for free movement, and otherwise a guided class of movement and mobility! This class is meant for students who have some body awareness, however, beginners welcome!

Students will improve how they move within their own bodies, and start to develop their own practice of movement!

Please have your student bring a yoga mat or wear no socks, so they can have a good grip on the floor! No slippage.
