🎁 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆: Promo code STEAMwithJolene20 for $20 off when you pay upfront for this academic infused, fun, hands-on, interactive, STEAM course where we experiment using Minecraft Chemistry, following step-by-step projects to build elements, create compounds and brand-new items, plus observe exciting chemical reactions, all within their own Minecraft world. Compatible with any device with Minecraft Bedrock or Education Edition (not Java Edition). Learners may share their creations, exchange ideas, and celebrate each other’s work in a supportive peer environment. Sessions are inclusive, affirming, and incorporate respectful Social Emotional Learning (SEL) supports, ensuring every learner feels valued and included. The course projects work for Bedrock and Education Edition across PC, mobile, iPad, Switch, and other consoles. All work stays within each learner’s own world, and gamer tags are not shared. A basic understanding of Minecraft is recommended, including how to find elements by name, atomic number, or symbol. While the projects are guided, there's plenty of room for creativity and discovery. Step by step Minecraft Chemistry lessons include the projects listed in the course syllabus, all of which are completed within their Minecraft Bedrock or Education Edition. Projects may be adjusted if needed. Age is flexible for ages 8-14 to enroll. 💡Note, I also offer this high-interest course as a self-paced with course title Science Lab Minecraft Chemistry with either weekly pay or all content upfront with separate options for younger ages and teens. All ages: https://outschool.com/classes/science-lab-minecraft-chemistry-eRNcBnij?signup=true&utm_campaign=share_activity_link Tween and Teen: https://outschool.com/classes/science-lab-minecraft-chemistry-teen-O3rDaFZT?signup=true&utm_campaign=share_activity_link I look forward to working with your learner and unleashing their potential for Minecraft Chemistry, sparking a passion for learning that extends beyond their usual Minecraft game.

Parental Guidance
✓ Any edition of Minecraft, except Java Edition. Bedrock or Education on any device including Switch works great.
✓ Familiarity playing Minecraft on own devices in own Minecraft worlds with the ability to select each specific element from the Minecraft creative inventory by name, atomic number, or short symbol and place a single item (rather than a full stack) in their inventory is needed. Gamer tags are not shared.
✓ Two devices or the ability to split screen, Outschool's Zoom & their Minecraft game is needed.
✓ Zoom chat is set for learners to message me directly to aid in the comfort of asking lesson questions. Learners do need to be able to follow specific instructions to create the new projects.
✓ Use of mute during focused project instructions, to minimize background sounds, and ensure everyone has space to share. Multiple check points and opportunities to ask questions and share are provided.
✓ My educator created lesson video tutorials are provided for enrolled learners who miss class. These are my own unlisted YouTube videos that are sent as embedded links. Live class video recordings are not shared to respect and protect all learners.
✓ Minecraft in general contains cartoon-style violence.
Pre-Requisites
Minecraft Bedrock or Education edition on own device with familiarity in using own device to use and navigate Minecraft including creative inventory and stacking multiple items into a single inventory square.
Supply List
✓ Minecraft Bedrock or Education Edition on any device will work great. Java Edition does not have the chemistry pack needed. Minecraft software and licenses are not provided. ✓ Two devices or the ability to split screen, one for Outschool's Zoom and the other for following along in their own Minecraft world during the lesson is needed for this class.
