수업 소개
In this class, students will make an Easter egg basket using a paper plate and other simple art supplies (please check supply list section). I will guide students to complete their craft through a step-by-step demonstration. They will have opportunities to ask questions, and share their completed craft with other learners if they choose to. A template will be provided in the classroom two days before class. Please have it printed out and ready for the class. If there is enough time after our craft, we'll play a quick trivia game.

- A one page activity sheet will be provided in the classroom. Please have it printed on a cardstock (recommended for durability) - 1 medium size flat paper plate - Scissors - Liquid glue - Coloring utensils - Black sharpie - Two googly eyes (optional)

My name is Dalen, and I am excited about the opportunity to be part of your child’s learning journey! I hold an MPhil in Sociology and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Social Work.
I love to engage with kids through stories because I believe storytelling is a powerful tool to teach and inspire curiosity.
I enjoy learning and teaching about the different cultures that make up our world. I offer classes in history, social studies, geography, life skills, and arts & crafts. I’ll describe my teaching style as interactive, supportive, and engaging.
On a personal note, I grew up in Ghana, West Africa. If I’m not spending time telling Ananse stories to my kids, I enjoy baking healthy treats and experimenting with food from around the world.
