Being comfortable with spreadsheets is an important skill for our ever changing world. They are all around us, and necessary in multiple settings. In this class, we will explore the basics of spreadsheets, and some of the most popular uses. Beginners will learn how to input, modify, and sort data; use formulas; create charts; and make things look “nice” through formatting. This class will use Numbers on the iPad for demonstrative purposes, but we will go over any key differences between...
Students will have a basic understand and proficiency with some of the most common uses of spreadsheets. They will be able to create and manipulate a spreadsheet to serve a specific purpose.
I have been a business owner for multiple years. I use spreadsheets on a daily basis, and have created multiple sheets for various purposes. I’ve taught multiple people (employees and students) how to confidently use spreadsheets to assist them in their jobs and daily lives.
