This is a great way for your student to meet friends and have a consistent teacher and fellow classmates throughout the year. This two-way dual immersion course is designed for both native Spanish and English speakers and will be taught in both languages 50-50. Homework should take no more than 20-25 minutes each day with the option to expand on topics with additional assignments. Study hall and individual help is offered each Friday. The weekly schedule will include the following with brain breaks integrated throughout each day: Monday: -Homeroom/Executive Functioning: 15 minutes -Math Lesson: 35 minutes Tuesday: -Language Arts: 20 minutes -Reading: 20 minutes -Writing: 20 minutes Wednesday: -Science: 30 minutes -Social Studies: 30 minutes Thursday: -Math Lesson: 30 minutes -Computer Applications: 30 minutes (Part 1 Elective) -Electives change with each quarter/semester.
