This class will take students on fun math adventures to help astronauts complete math missions as they travel through outer space. Each week there is a new adventure with different focused math problems that we will practice. Students will work on addition & Subtraction with interactive games as a class, solve addition and subtraction problems to help the astronauts, count coins that are needed to pay the tolls as we zoom around the galaxy, compare numbers using greater than and less than,...
Students will improve their math skills and be more confident with Addition, Subtraction, Comparing Numbers, Understanding and making graphs, identifying and counting coins, and working through mathematical word problems.
Paper, pencil, crayons. Optional: white board and dry erase markers Printable work pages will be added to the class. These are strongly recommended but not required for the class.

I will be using the platform google slides for each of my lessons to share with the class. Students do not need to login to google or access any websites during this class.
