Sophie's World by Jostein Gaarder is part mystery novel, part history of philosophy. In this course we will study the book from the perspective of a philosopher. Students will be assigned weekly readings (an average of 37 pages per week). Students will have weekly study questions which should take approximately 15-30 minutes per week to complete.
