수업 소개
Talking about books is a fun and effective method to develop literal and inferential reading comprehension skills. This one time class is designed as an opportunity for students to share enthusiasm for the books they are reading as well as insights, connections to other books they've read and to real life experiences. Through group discussion and teacher modeling, students will practice active listening, effective communication and polite discussion. Come and share your enthusiasm for great books!

Hello! For many years I've taught math, literature and writing to 5th & 6th grade students in an independent co-educational school. Reading and math are the foundation for success in all other school subjects. Effective instruction engages the learner in thinking and dialogue, sparking a desire to learn more, and all members of a class learn from each other.
