I am a special educator in a brick and mortar setting with a passion for seeing students succeed. I believe every child has the ability to learn with the right tools, which is why I want to help students discover what is in their toolkit for learning. I am experienced in finding creative solutions to help students achieve their goals and utilize the principals of UDL (Universal Design for Learning) to give every student the opportunity for success. This course was developed with these principals in mind as well as the experience and expertise I've gained through my special education career.
No materials will be required for the course, however, students may want to bring any materials from their school setting (or homeschool) that they would like to ask questions about or use as an example for collaboration in the course.
