In this ongoing course students will be taught beginner vocal basics that include posture, breathing, warm up techniques and strengthening your voice. Each one on one lesson will be tailored to the students current level of skill, knowledge and vocal ability. Students will be given the opportunity to choose music preferrable to them for practice use. Teacher will provide weekly exercises to be done in between lessons. I have been a teacher for 20 years combined experience with public school, private/enrichment school and home school. I hold a Bachelors of Music Education from the University of North Texas, PK-12th All Level Texas Music Teachers Certification, a Level 1 Kodaly certification, and EC-6 Core Texas Teachers Certification. My teaching style is to ensure that each student is included, welcomed, valued and encouraged.
