In these sessions, students will be introduced to phonics through a kinaesthetic approach. Both decoding and encoding skills will be implemented in a sequencial format. I have been an educator for nearly 23 years. First as a preschool teacher, then a therapeutic tutor for children with learning disabilities and then as a homeschool parent and writing teacher. My extensive background in education and particularly in the language arts realm, allows me to have a unique expertise in educating children in all things reading, writing & spelling!
Printouts will be posted in "classroom" prior to class. Please check right before class commences. Pencil/pen.
