I am an Educational Interpreter and Tutor and I have been working in the school districts for over 20 years with children that are profoundly deaf or hard of hearing students from PreK-12 grades. I have Deaf family members and a love for the language.

Deaf and hard-of-hearing students. We utilize a variety of communication methods to ensure that every child's needs are met, including captions, visual aids, and sign language.
Pictures from our stories will be shown on the computer screen so that the students will see the words and full pictures as I read the story. I will be sharing my screen through Zoom on Outschool.
Please download the Nearpod app if you are using a tablet or iPad. We will also use Word Wall and Canva to play games. I would suggest a device large enough to see the screen clearly like a laptop or iPad.
