Hi, I’m Teacher Michele. I’m an enthusiastic, patient, special education teacher who would love to teach your child foundational reading skills based on the Common Core Standards. In this ongoing class we will learn and review letter sounds, sight words and phonemic awareness skills at a Kindergarten level. During my teaching career of 36 years, I have taught reading at all levels K through 5th. I have an elementary credential and several special education credentials, and years of inservice training in reading. Teaching beginning readers is my passion.
