Week 1Lesson 14 Types of SentencesThis lesson reviews the 4 types of sentences (declarative, interrogative, imperative, exclamative). Learners will learn the punctation that goes with each type of sentence. Learners will create an interactive notebook page and play games to test their knowledge of the 4 different types.Week 2Lesson 2Parts of Sentences (Subject & Predicate)This lesson reviews the two parts of sentences (subject & predicate). Learners will learn how to identify subjects and predicates in sentences. Learners will create an interactive notebook page and play games to test their knowledge of subjects and predicates.Week 3Lesson 3Simple Sentences & Sentence RulesThis lesson covers simple sentences and sentences rules. Learners will create an interactive notebook page and play games to identify sentences that meet all of the rules.Week 4Lesson 4Independent and Dependent ClausesThis lesson covers independent and dependent clauses. Learners will be able to identify independent and dependent clauses. This lesson will help learners better understand the following lessons.
