Fundamental skills for reading at a second grade level. Practice reading skills including  the spelling rules as they arise in the sight word list. Students will be able to request the animals they want to read about!
 The "fry" word list will be used. The 1000 word list is included in PDF upon enrolling so that you can practice at home. Fun and games to be included! Build confidence in reading and writing to ensure future success. This is an ongoing class but you can drop in at any time and not feel behind. At the end of every class the teacher takes requests for the next class topic. 
Worksheets are sent home after every class meeting for at-home practice tying into the lesson.

February 6th: WR sounds animal reading: TBA
February 14th: When to use A or AN + double vowel rule  Reading: students choice!
February 21st: IGH review + OUGH sounds animal reading TBA
February 28th: KN and WR review sounds animal reading TBA
