Making the stone art: 
Cardboard-one panel of a Cereal box works well, cut into the shape of your stone. 
-Wear your favorite shirt

**ART MATERIALS**
-Watercolor notebook/Drawing pad/notebook/worksheet
-Choose your tools: watercolors, tempura paint, markers, coal or colored pencils, I do not recommend oil or acrylic.  Both paints can be difficult to remove from many surfaces.  (tools may be various or multiple, learner's choice)
-Paper towels, covered surface, and 
-Dish of water if painting
-Glitter/Foil for your Shiny rocks
-Sand for your Textured rocks
-Glue stick and Liquid glue
-Blunt scissors to cut foil (optional)
-Color Corresponding Yarn/string for your rocks with stripes

-Listening ears
-Ready to learn attitude
-Paint brush or sponges or both if painting
-Smocks or clothes you don't mind being ruined
