- How to get repeat customers and encourage tips
- How to followup after a pet sitting visit
- What other future avenues to explore if pet sitting is enjoyable

Each week, the learners will individually do work to get themselves ready to start pet sitting.  

This work will include activities such as reflecting on their background and experience, brainstorming their network of potential first clients, assessing their availability, practicing questions for meeting their clients, setting up a calendar to keep track of appointments, and creating checklists.
