Students will learn about rounding whole numbers up to 3 digits. Class size is small to allow each student time to ask questions to get a full understanding of the topic. We will also work on word problems related to the topic of the day. We will briefly review place value, however, it is not required. **If a student needs extra time, I will offer it at the end of class to those who may need it….please allow an extra 10 minutes. **Please reach out if the times provided doesn’t fit your schedule.

Hello, my name is LaShaune, and I’m a wife and mother of four. I received my BS in Computer Engineering along with a minor in Mathematical Sciences from Clemson University. I went on to obtain my MBA in Information Systems Management from Strayer University. I’ve worked as a tutor and adjunct instructor primarily in mathematics during the past ten years. I am currently working on obtaining my NTA certification in reading and math. I love writing poetry, songs, and stories(whenever I have the time) and playing games with my family. I am also the owner/operator of Coastal Kids’ Corner, a virtual math tutoring company.
You will see that my classes are very small as I want to make sure I address each child and have enough time to answer questions or even reteach a concept if needed.
