롤 포 어드벤처: 청소년의 사회적 기술 개발을 위한 던전 앤 드래곤

This class focuses on social skill development, math, and note-taking through the exciting world of Dungeons & Dragons. Each session begins with a fun check-in question to get everyone talking and ends with players thanking another student for something their character or player did. We use initiative order not only for battles but also for social interactions, ensuring everyone gets a chance to speak and participate.

The class is structured to be interactive and collaborative, with live, in-person play where I guide students through each adventure, interacting with them not just as myself but through the various characters I bring to life. Students will develop their characters together during the first session, so there's no need for prior character creation.

This class is designed for intermediate-level teens who are familiar with Dungeons & Dragons and have played at least a few sessions before. The pacing will allow for fun and social skill development without rushing through key moments, creating a balanced experience that encourages both growth and creativity.

If students enroll late, I’ll ensure they’re welcomed with a warm introduction and will work with them to get them up to speed on the story and their character development. We’ll make sure they feel like a full part of the group and can easily jump into the adventure!
