These Phonemic Awareness Intervention sessions are designed to help readers who may not be successful in blending sounds, finding syllables, substituting sounds, rhyming words, spelling words by sounding them out. In these sessions, we cover all of these skills and delve deeper into some skills for students who are still working on that skill. This extra practice time will help students improve their skills and I will always complete examples of the work with students during our meeting. When you submit your student's work to the classroom page (by taking a picture and uploading it to the homework post), I can check these printables for correctness.Assessment

These sessions can be for ANY reader as they can be designed for the individual reader. However, the curriculum being used is specially designed as intervention for readers struggling with phonemic awareness.
