Reading Rangers is a 16-week online intervention support class designed to help young readers who are emerging or struggling improve foundational reading skills and develop a love for reading. This class focuses on phonics, vocabulary, fluency, and comprehension through interactive activities and guided reading practice. Each 35-minute weekly session, students receive targeted support in a small group setting.

My first goal is to have students strengthen their phonics skills and understand patterns, such as vowel sounds. We want students to be able to build words and decode words easily.Our second goal is to develop comprehension skills. Students will work to understand key elements of a story.
